With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Amna’s journey took a personal turn in 2016 when her mother suffered a major stroke, and her family became her primary caregivers. Not long after, Amna’s mother-in-law’s health began to decline, and she found herself juggling caregiving, school, and family life. It became clear that professional help was needed to provide the level of care her parents deserved, which led them to in-home care.
Turning Clarity Into Her Calling
As they navigated this experience, Amna and her family realized how many others in their community were facing similar struggles. The more they shared their story, the more they recognized that this wasn’t just a personal journey—it was a calling to help others find the same peace of mind and balance. After completing her bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, Amna saw an opportunity to start her own home care business with CareBuilders at Home. This venture was a chance to serve the community by providing compassionate, dependable care to families in need.

Amna and her husband, Zaheen, have been married for 27 years and have two children: Fahad, 26, and Iman, 20. Their support and shared experiences continue to inspire Amna’s passion for helping others and her commitment to making a positive impact in her community.
Having lived in Illinois, Connecticut, and Arizona, Amna has developed a deep understanding of the importance of community and care. Now, she is thrilled to call Texas home and bring these lessons to serve her neighbors.
