About Us
Celeste Freeland, a seasoned IT Transformation Leader at Ahold Delhaize USA, with a background in project management and change management. Originally from New York City, she maintains various certifications including PMP (Project Management Professional) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Celeste’s journey began in Health Informatics, where she bridged gaps between the business and technology communities.
Early on in her career, Celeste relocated to New Jersey. While working full-time and navigating the challenges of raising her children, including a child with special needs, Celeste became deeply involved in advocating for families within the broken mental healthcare system. Her advocacy led her to work with the State of New Jersey and eventually establish her own non-profit organization, “For His Glory”, focusing on supporting families with special needs children, as she balanced her IT career with her passion for community service.
Later, shortly after moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, Celeste was diagnosed with breast cancer. During the treatment and healing process Celeste founded another non-profit, “Truth Be Told”, aimed at empowering at-risk youth.
Shortly after, she also established her own consulting firm, CoCre8 Consulting, LLC, focusing on project management, and eventually returned back to work while managing CoCre8, which she eventually dissolved in 2021.
In 2023, feeling a need for a more direct impact, Celeste purchased a CareBuilders at Home franchise, shifting her focus towards senior care. Utilizing her organizational and administrative skills, she’s now dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and the disabled in her local communities.
