This is my semi-annual reminder that CareBuilders is always hiring! We would love for you to join our team! If you read this post here, this can help you decide if caregiving is right for you.
This is a great job that allows you to go into it at your own pace. It may take a few weeks to put you somewhere that you really like, so please understand that. If you are hired with us, we do try to fill your schedule the best we can (depending on if you want to work part-time or full-time) but it can take a while to build your schedule up, it’s purely about what shifts we have available. However, we are constantly getting new clients who start with us, so don’t lose hope! Our scheduling is just a little different than more traditional shift work because we have to match two sets of schedules, caregivers’ and clients’, as well as other factors.
One great thing about being a caregiver for us is that we do work with you to build your schedule. We also check in with our caregivers and try to provide them with a lot of support.
