More than 40 years ago, two brothers, David, and Stephen Savitsky founded a home care company in Queens, New York. They wanted to give back to their community and provide care for people in need.

That company was called Tender Loving Care. As that company grew over the next 20 years and it’s name changed to StaffBuilders Home Health Care, it became the third largest provider of homecare in the United States. David and Stephen accomplished this by providing dignity and care to senior citizens, people with disabilities, and all those who needed the services of qualified home care franchise specialists.

CareBuilders at Home is the home care division of ATC Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing franchise system still run by David and Stephen Savitsky. We’ve become one of the leading home care franchises and are the only model that provides complete back-office support to our franchise partners, making their lives easier and boosting their business potential.
